The Batman Superman Movie

Being a superhero means that you are independent, strong and skilled. Of course, you also need to possess useful and amazing powers that will make “saving the world” an easy feat for you. Though there are superheroes who work with a sidekick or belong to a group, nothing beats working alone and getting all the credit. But what if no matter how hard you try, you just can’t defeat your arch enemy especially if he teams up with another super villain. This is what exactly happened to Superman and Batman.

The Batman Superman Movie is a full length feature which storyline started from a TV series. The story began when Bruce Wayne (Batman) visited Clark Kent’s (Superman) City of Metropolis. Their friendship was a bit strained as the two superheroes were complete opposites. Superman was against Batman’s way of handling bad guys while Batman thinks that Superman is just too soft. To add a bit more edge to their already obvious rivalry, Bruce Wayne was trying to romance Lois Lane right under Clark Kent’s nose.

But things change when Joker was hired by Lex Luthor to kill Superman. Since Batman knew Joker more that Superman does, they cooperated and worked together to defeat both villains. This 64 minute film in DVD format is action packed and still kid-friendly even with a bit of violence.
